About this service
Community Care Concepts of Woolwich, Wellesley and Wilmot, Woolwich Seniors Association, Woolwich Township and Woolwich Community Health Centre have created this group program for seniors using an old platform - the telephone. Using your telephone we are able to connect you with other seniors to have fun, engage in conversations, activities, social time, information sharing, learning new skills, and create new connections with other seniors in the community.
