About this service

We are especially proud of our mental wellness groups which allow for a peer based model of mental wellness support across areas of diversity. Our staff create and deliver training in the community which includes support for hospitals, law enforcement and mainstream mental health agencies along with ongoing consultations with other healthcare providers like our local community health centers and health units.

All services are tailored to address the challenges of integration with an understanding of the inextricable role(s) of shifting identities, migration, family and community on mental wellness. Programming and services are delivered in partnership with other departments and agencies in the region. Each of our nine team members brings specific skills and passion to our program and we are ready to embrace the year ahead.
