About this service
Windsor Essex Community Health Centre Teen Health offers medical and therapy services for youth ages 12 24 years.
Counselling
Youth must be willing to, and give permission in order to receive counselling services. An intake (information gathering) can take place over the phone. Our services are confidential and no information is released without a client's consent.
In addition to appointments, we have a "walk in hour" open to anyone. Monday through Friday between 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm you can visit Teen Health and receive a one hour in person intake.
Medical Services
The team of doctors, nurse practitioners, dietitian and nurses specialize in the health of young people.
Individual nutrition counselling
Individual counselling is provided for healthy weight management, anaemia, pregnancy, eating disorders, healthy eating, vegetarianism, sports nutrition, vitamin supplementation.
