About this service

The daytime program is for ages 18 years and up. This program runs Monday to Friday 9 am to 3 pm. Before and After Program care is 7 am to 9 am and 3 pm to 5 pm.

Activities focus on: -socialization -community involvement -independent living and self help skills -building friendships and self confidence. Program activities are completed on site and within the community.

An individual plan is developed by the person, their family/caregiver(s) and Roots 2 Wings.
