About this service
Immigrants With Occupation Related Knowledge (IWORK) program provides workplace focused language training to newcomers/immigrants who are assessed at Canadian Language Benchmarks (CLB) 3+ and are looking to find entry level jobs.
Eligibility:
- Permanent Residents, Protected Persons and Persons in Canada who have received initial approval of their application from Citizenship and Immigration Canada
- Valid language assessment
All of our programs and services including childcare are available at no cost to eligible clients
Courses include:
- Canadian Workplace Culture and Communication
- Computers for the Workplace Basic
- English for Entrepreneurs & Business People
- English for the Service Industry
