About this service
Eligibility Criteria: Young adults 16 21 years of age with a diagnosed learning disability or ADHD who are completing high school, have recently completed high school, or have dropped out of high school
Description: This program will discuss how having a learning disability impacts on all areas of an individuals life and how to develop strategies to be successful in post-secondary education, employment, and their community. Many of the concepts taught will be reinforced with games and hands-on activities, with incentives being provided to promote participation.
Program Fee: $175 for non-LDA members, $125 for LDA members per 8-week session. Subsidies may be available.
