Italian Canadian Handicapable Association Windsor & District - Floor Hockey

The floor hockey season starts the first Wednesday after Labour Day and runs through to the beginning of June.

The rules of floor hockey provide for a safe environment for all our participants. Proper equipment is mandatory and rules prohibit the stick from going above the waist at any time. Practices take place Wednesday evening between 6:30 and 7:30 p.m. Participants spend the first part of the evening practicing their shooting, passing and stick-handling skills. This is followed by a 45 minute hockey game where we split the participants into two teams and enjoy some friendly competition.
