About this service
The ICHA Board of Directors is pleased to announce the continuation of our modified yoga classes. The program is open to all ICHA members and designed for all levels of ability, including those in wheelchairs. No experience is necessary. All you need is a yoga mat or a thick towel.
From beginner to teacher level, Nicole Daignault has shared her expertise in yoga since 1999. In 2012, she began creating classes for people with physical and intellectual disabilities. Now she shares her expertise with us. For more information, check out her website at www.cocoyoga.ca
ICHA memberships are $25 per person or $40 for family and good for the calendar year beginning when payment is received. If interested, please sign up with Dale in the ICHA office or register by phone (519) 977-1209.
