Hotel-Dieu Grace Healthcare - Concurrent Disorders Treatment Program

Htel-Dieu Grace Healthcares (HDGH) Concurrent Disorders Treatment Program, located on the CPH floors of the Toldo Neurobehavioural Institute, is a mental health and addictions outpatient program designed for any resident of Ontario, 16 years of age or older, whose health is affected by a diagnosed mental health concern and substance related misuse/dependency.

Integrated Treatment Approach

The Concurrent Disorders Treatment Program offers an evidence based integrated approach, which means that both mental health and addictions are treated at the same time by trained clinical social workers and psychiatrists.

Treatments are available and sensitive to culture, ethnicity, and gender.

The goal of the Program is to work with you to design a personalized treatment plan that identifies your needs and the complex relationship between mental health and addiction.

The program is set up to allow for structure and maintain recovery while continuing to function in your natural environment.
