What is Child Care Subsidy?

Child care subsidies are provided to help families with their child care costs for children up to and including 12 years of age in licensed child care programs. Subsidized care is available in Centre-Based, School-Based, and Home Child Care Programs or Accredited Recreation and Skill Building Programs for school-age children 6-12 years of age.
