Our private and confidential counselling services help people of all ages live happier, healthier and more productive lives. Through the use of various methods and collaborative treatment, our clients develop life-changing habits to help them cope with all of lifes various obstacles. At Windsor Essex Counselling Centre, therapy sessions are designed to unravel painful issues and provide clients with effective tools to help them see the glass as half. Sessions typically last 60 minutes, but can be customized to suit your needs. Telephone and online counselling sessions are also available for your convenience.
