Windsor Essex Community Health Centre - Street Health

Windsor Essex Community Health Centre, Street Health Site provides primary care and supportive services to individuals in our community who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

We provide:

• Primary Care, accessible by appointment (walk-in appointments available to Street Health Primary Care clients only)
• Blood Draw Services
• Foot Nurse Services
• Injection Clinic, Street Health primary care clients have access to long acting injectable medication to aide in mental health
• Smoking Cessation Program
• Social Worker on site available by appointment
• System Navigation & Advocacy, staff are available to help clients find resources in Windsor-Essex, set up services within WECHC or using community partner services, advocating on behalf of clients when needed
• Health Card and Birth Certificate Replacement
• Laundry Facilities,Washers, dryers, detergent and laundry sheets
• Hygiene and Seasonal Item Distribution (Shampoo, dental hygiene, hats, gloves, socks, sun screen)
• Harm Reduction Program- Narcan kits
