About this organization
Primary Care Team Services
The health care teams work in an inter professional collaborative environment that includes other health care professionals.
We welcome vulnerable community members who have difficulty seeking help or are without a family doctor.
Counselling Services
Free, confidential general counselling to individuals aged five and up. Counselling is limited to 12 sessions and is a collaborated process that is focused on increasing the wellbeing of our clients.

Registered Dietitian Services
Nutrition assessment and counselling services are provided, free of charge by a registered dietitian for vulnerable individuals in the community.
