About this organization
Cardinal Place is a labour of love for Mike Cardinal and his team. In 2014 Mike decided to create a custom designed retirement residence specifically to provide Windsor retirees with affordable accommodation and personal care in their twilight years. In his career as a Registered Psychotherapist, Windsor resident Mike has seen a proliferation of corporate owned and remotely managed retirement institutions enter the region and decided that discerning Windsorites might prefer a retirement home where the residents' best interests are the top priority.
