About this service
The Ontario Structured Psychotherapy (OSP) program provides evidence-based, publicly funded, short-term, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and related approaches to Ontarians with depression, anxiety, and anxiety-related problems. The OSP Program includes CBT-based services ranging from self-administered strategies (with support from a coach or therapist) to weekly, one-on-one or group therapy, using a stepped care approach.
