An inter-professional team provides flexible service tailored to the individual needs of a person. Individuals are offered a period of assessment and medication stabilization followed by ongoing support for the individuals recovery process and goal attainment (Interpersonal therapy or CBT as needed) supportive counseling, medication support, symptom management and support.
