Changes
For many years, Changes has been supporting the teaching of essential social and problem-solving skills to young people with learning disabilities or those identified with behavioral problems. Participants have typically been segregated in special classes within Niagaras elementary schools. The John Howard Society of Niagara proudly supplies funding for some of their specialized events, including school trips, special lunches and breakfasts, etc.
Anger Management Program
Anger is a normal, usually healthy, human emotion. But when it gets out of control and turns destructive, it can lead to problems problems at work, in your personal relationships, and in the overall quality of your life. And it can make you feel as though youre at the mercy of something overwhelmingly powerful and unpredictable. If you feel that this has happened, or could happen, in your life, this program is for you.
