Step into the 92-degree water and feel energized. Whether youre an avid swimmer or looking for a fun fitness activity, Parkwood has a pool program for you. You dont need to know how to swim to participate. We know that swimming is great exercise. Aquatic exercise and fitness can also help to maintain mobility and flexibility or develop pre/post-operative strength. Our completely refurbished saltwater pool is maintained at a comfortable 92 degrees Fahrenheit (33 degrees Celsius). The 4 ft. deep pool is accessible, with a lift, hand rails and wide steps. It is ideal for enjoying small aquafit classes run by qualified staff.
