About this service
The Bowman street apartments offers sustainable housing with supports for individuals who have sustained an acquired brain injury (ABI). This unique housing environment provides independent living with the added weekly support to maintain their placement in Bowman Street and to work on their own personal goals. Each client will be provided with 2-4 hours per week of Outreach support, provided by Community Facilitators. The Community Facilitators can support tenants with their individual goals and with any housing related needs. After hours on-call support is available as needed. This unique property is well suited to offer housing for six individuals in a supported permanent housing setting.
Who it is for
Tenants who reside in this housing location are able to live independently, yet do have challenges and obstacles as a result of their abi.
