About this service
At Vaughan Community Health Centre (VCHC), we provide timely and appropriate primary care services to our clients by allowing clients to book appointments when needed. The VCHC is mandated to serve vulnerable populations facing health inequities created by barriers in accessing health care. Our primary care team includes Family Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, a Registered Practical Nurse and Phlebotomist. The team provides all primary care services including:
- Prenatal and postnatal care
- Medical checkups
- Care for chronic diseases
- Treatment of illnesses
- Blood work requested by VCHC provider
