About this service
Living with diabetes can be challenging. It is important to know how your lifestyle such as food choices and physical activity can have an impact on your blood sugar control. Our team of Registered Nurses and Dietitians are certified Diabetes Nurse Educators who can help you to understand how your medication and insulin works. Registered Dietitians are uniquely trained to provide medical nutrition therapy to promote health, prevent illness and manage chronic disease. They can also support you with diabetes self-management goals.
