RiseAbility Employment & Inclusion Program is an innovative one-year program for adults with developmental disabilities, providing the necessary tools to thrive in the workplace and beyond. It aims to empower participants by developing essential employability and communication skills, fostering independent living, and promoting community inclusion. The program includes identifying individual strengths and challenges, professional assessments, understanding workplace expectations, hands-on volunteer and employment experiences, and expert guidance from experienced professionals. It is available in packages of 2, 3, and 5 days per week.
