About this service
The Pathways Community Participation Program is a community-based initiative designed for adults over 18 with developmental disabilities and dual diagnosis. It emphasizes promoting independence and nurturing friendships through various social and recreational activities, life skills training, and volunteering opportunities. The program aims to enhance participants' vocational and job readiness skills. Operating on a fee-for-service basis, it has two locations: Pathways North at the Reena Community Residence and Pathways South at the University of Toronto Campus.
