About this service
With winter on its way and our children now adjusted to school routine, it is a good time for the Fire Department to remind all of us, especially the students while at school of the importance of safety. Our Fire Department has completed fire drills at both schools and are happy to announce that the drills were very successful with all students and staff leaving the premises in a safe and timely fashion. Fire Chief, Derrick Little says everyone should check their smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors and replace them if more than 10 years old. Also, remember to check the batteries and replace them in the fall.
