About this service
Would you like to learn about building a positive self-image and discover your unique beauty? Moms/guardians and their daughters come together for a fun "girls only" night out.
True You is a program that offered to moms/guardians and girls between the ages of 10-12 (tweens).
The True You Program provides moms and daughters of the community with the information and resources they need to:
- Feel more confident in everyday situations.
- Learn to deal with negative thoughts or emotions that may arise in everyday life.
- Interact and brainstorm with other girls and their mothers/ guardians about realistic healthy body image, and the influence of fashion marketing.
- Build a stronger sense of self-esteem.
- Pamper each other on Spa Night.
- Share special moments together.
