About this service
Come out and enjoy a homemade farmer's style meal, socialize, and visit with new and old friends. Bring your own cup, cutlery, and dishes and enjoy! Meals are served monthly in a central location in each of our communities. Call us to find out when the next luncheon is being served in your area. This program runs from September to June each year. Locations: St. John's Anglican Church Hall in Madoc, 2nd Monday of every other month Marmora & District Community Centre in Marmora, 2nd Wednesday every month St. Paul's United Church in Stirling, 4th Monday of every other month Tweed Lion's Club Hall in Tweed, 4th Wednesday of each month Our Diners Club staff prepare meals according to the numbers confirmed by our volunteers. Please call the volunteer or the office if you have signed up for a meal and are unable to attend. When we purchase more meals than needed, those meals are wasted and add to the cost of running this program. If you are interested in joining this program in your community, please call us!
