About this service
During our office hours, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday, we provide immediate access to single session consultation counseling through our daily Rapid Response Service. There is no need for a referral: simply contact us! You can call us at 1-844-602-CMHS (462-2647) and our administrative support staff will schedule either a phone or Zoom session with a counselor. You can receive this on the same day or within the week; whatever works best for you. We are here to help when children, youth, and their families/caregivers require immediate counseling. This can be because they have questions, need help solving a problem or concern, or are experiencing strong emotions because of a recent event or ongoing family stressors.
