About this service
The Multi-Disciplinary Outreach Team (M-DOT) is a specialized team of providers from various organizations that delivers services to the most vulnerable individuals on the street and in shelters. The team is made up of Outreach Workers, Case Managers, a Registered Nurse, a Housing Worker and part-time Psychiatrists who connect with people on the streets and in the ravines. The team helps their clients find housing and meet other basic needs such as receiving medical attention, income supports, or addictions services.
