About this service
Springboards Employment Programs department delivers eleven individualized programs and services to support vulnerable youth and adults to acquire skills for todays workforce through one-on-one career counseling, pre-employment skill-building workshops, free training opportunities, paid work placements, job shadowing, job coaching, and more. Our programs and services help over a thousand participants per year to reach their personal skill development and career goals.
Employment Services provides nine individualized services ranging from one-on-one counselling to job coaching and skill-building workshops. Through practical workshops and job development for unemployed individuals aged 15 and up, we support individuals to find employment, training and education to further their careers.
