About this service
In keeping with our approach of engaging youth in all aspects of their treatment, the young people have played a major role in how this project was developed, which types of clinical services are offered, and how the research team will evaluate success.
At Skylarks Youth Wellness Hub Toronto Central, we offer a range of services including brief solution-focused therapy, peer support, system navigation, access to Internet-based tools, and onsite access to psychiatric services.
The Skylark Youth Wellness Hub Toronto Central provides mental health and substance use counselling services for youth between the ages of 12 to 21. We speak with youth about many issues including depression, anxiety, bullying, sexual orientation, stress, substance use and many other concerns.

For ages 12 to 25 years.

Skylark - Central Toronto Youth Wellness Hub is open Mon/Fri/Sat 10am to 2pm; Tue/Thur 2pm to 6pm; Wed 4pm to 8pm.
