About this service
The COPA program helps adults 55 years and over who struggle with addictions that impact their daily lives. Our services include:
- Outreach
- Harm Reduction designed to reduce the effects of addictions
- Referrals & Case Management
To be eligible for service, an individual must be 55+, living with addictions concerns, and live within the Toronto Central LHIN boundaries. Priority is given to people living between Yonge St and Kipling Ave., and from Eglinton Ave to Lakeshore Blvd.
