About this service
The LINC program seeks to break down barriers among new immigrants and helps promote their speedy integration into the social, economic, political and cultural life in Canada.
To be eligible for LINC classes, you must be 18 years or older and one of the following:
- A permanent resident of Canada
- A Convention Refugee
- A person whose application for Permanent Resident status is being processed in Canada and who has been informed by a letter from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada of the initial approval of your application subject to an admissibility assessment (This means you have approval-in-principle)
Our LINC classes are ongoing they do not have start dates or end dates. You may enter a LINC class at any time.
