About this service
Path 2 Work is a program that assists adults with intellectual disabilities and autism in preparing for employment. It emphasizes understanding personal strengths and challenges to develop effective strategies for maintaining employment. The program includes a personalized Return to Work action plan, one-on-one employment counseling, life skills workshops, introductions to employers, job interview preparation, and on-the-job coaching and support.
