About this service
The Malvern After School Intergenerational Program (MASIP) is an after school program provided by Parkdale Golden Age Foundation for the children and youth living in the Malvern area in Toronto, Ontario. This program aims to help children and youth avoid youth violence and provide them a safe place to go while enjoying various activities. We provide them with activities that help them stay active, receive assistance with homework and assignments, develop friendships, and gain confidence. Seniors volunteer to mentor the children and youth while assisting staff at the program.
