Are you looking for an opportunity to take a break and have a few hours to yourself while your loved one spends a day with friends in a safe and stimulating environment, then our A Day Away Club (ADA) is right for you.
ADA provides older adults with physical frailties or cognitive challenges an opportunity to socialize, be active and have fun in a safe and caring environment. The days activities are led by trained, professional and caring staff who provide personal assistance and ensure everyone has a fun-filled day. Daily activities include:
Lively group activities
Light exercise
Nutritious lunch and snacks
Special events
Arts and crafts and so much more
ADA gives caregivers an opportunity to catch up on errands, attend to personal needs or take a much-deserved rest.
