Moving Forward Transition Consultative Services works with individuals and their families to pinpoint the core skills and possible service objectives for young adults as they grow into adulthood. This service aims to help individuals with autism and related disorders plan for their future.
Through discussion and planning, future goals and services are identified to help individuals better plan for their future.
Services are offered across either home and/or centre-based environment.
