About this service
The Whats up Walk-In clinic is a barrier free counselling service for individuals and families aged 0 29. Lumenus is one of six locations offered across the city and is part of a consortium of agencies offering this service. The Whats up Walk-In clinic is set up to reduce barriers to service so that no one falls through the cracks. Individuals and families do not need a health card or an appointment to attend. There is no fee for this service and in most cases services are offered with minimal wait time and can be offered in multiple languages. Referrals to this walk in counselling require a brief intake form that is completed on site after speaking to the Centres receptionist. Walk in counselling services are offered using a Solution Focused Brief Therapy model.
