About this service

The Kennedy Road program offers incentive programs for younger clients assisting them to achieve their daily routines, tasks and development of new skills. For the older clients this environment offers personal goal planning and skill development in preparation for independent living. Kennedy Road is a co-ed program and can support up to 6 males and 3 females in the LOFT (top floor of the residence). The Kennedy House LOFT program for girls is designed to provide young women with the supports and guidance necessary to explore their well being as a female while preparing for independence. Utilization of gender specific programming and the Self-sufficiency Training and Education Program (S.T.E.P.) are just a couple of the programs that are offered.

The youth within the agency who are transitioning to independence have the opportunity to learn practical life skills thus preparing them for the responsibility of caring for oneself.
