About this service

Reaching Out to Women (ROW) is a trauma-informed counselling service for women with substance use and/or mental health concerns. Operating out of various locations in Toronto, ROW provides support to women at risk including women accessing shelters, drop-in centres, and women involved in the criminal justice system. ROW counselors are currently located at:

  • Elizabeth Fry Toronto 416-924-3708, ext. 254
  • First Stop/Sistering 647-459-3522 (note: the First Stop location is for First Stop clients only)
  • Fred Victor 416-644-3081 ext. 365 for a referral through Concurrent Disorders Support Services
