Jewish Family and Child Service's Health & Wellness programs are led by professional facilitators and designed to be inclusive, serving individuals of all backgrounds, regardless of income, family structure, sexual orientation, religion, race, or cultural identity. They offer support for both youth and adults through workshops that provide tools and skills for identifying and communicating with those experiencing mental health issues. Workshops cater to those who work with youth aged 12-24 and adults 25+ to better equip them in providing community support. Fees are based on a sliding scale to ensure accessibility for all.
