Frankfort Family Reena Residence is Reena's third Intentional Living Community, set in Toronto's upper Forest Hill neighborhood. Scheduled for occupancy in 2025, it will provide homes for approximately 168 individuals, including those supported by community agencies. The residence will feature specialized health care units, spaces for people with mental health issues, and community amenities like programming spaces and a gymnasium. A fee-for-service model will be available with 22 dedicated beds. The project aims to enhance the quality of life and foster an inclusive community for people with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges.
