About this service

A young persons first step at For Youth Initiative is to meet with a Case Manager. During the intake process, the Case Manager will work with a young person to perform a needs assessment and discuss their individual goals. The Case Manager will recommend programs and resources at FYI and FYIs partner organizations that could support the individual in their journey. The youth and Case Manager will regularly connect to check-in and track developments. Case Managers act as mentors, aides, and allies to the youth at FYI. Multilingual services are available to cater to our communitys diverse needs.
