About this service
We believe that good health is determined by many elements such as the environment, housing, education, employment, and food. Our health promotion team works with the community to identify and take action on areas affecting their health. We work in partnership with community residents, agency partners, and health centre staff.
Our goal is to support the communities to achieve improved health. This includes:
- health education programs
- community engagement and development projects
- healthy lifestyle activities
