About this service
A TRANSPORTATION AND SUPERVISION SERVICE FOR YOUTH IN A DETENTION/CUSTODY FACILITY.
CAP provides transportation support to Open Custody/Open Detention facilities throughout the GTA for youth to attend appointments, go to court, have home visits, and go to work or school. As an adjunct to facility transports, CAP is available when core staff are unable to transport.
Transports occur throughout the day, evenings and weekends for a variety of purposes. Youth gain increased community access for efficient transition from custody, assistance with continuity of personal care, and to bridge transportation gaps between youth and family while youth are residing in custody and detention centres.
