About this service
Our Newcomer Mental Health Program was designed with the purpose of extending a helping hand to all newcomers. Whether struggling with something or simply in need of someone to talk to, we are here to listen and provide information to empower their decisions. The programs main focus is to guide newcomers in the right direction and help them find the answers they need.

- One-on-one direct services to newcomers with complex needs
- Comprehensive newcomer settlement needs assessment
- Referrals to appropriate community programs and resources
- Group activities that provide coping strategies, support, skill-building and self-help opportunities
