About this service
Due to the pandemic restrictions in Ontario we are working remotely to serve you better, providing telephone / virtual support and delivering employment assistance services to the Permanent Residents and Convention Refugees.
CultureLinks Labour Market Assistance (LMAP) Program is designed to help newcomers integrate into the Canadian workforce through individual and group employment counselling. There is a strong focus on personalized help to decide on, search for, find and keep a job through one-to-one meetings with employment specialists who are familiar with newcomer experiences and issues. In addition, we present group workshops on key topics that are of concern to immigrants, such as knowledge of Canadian workplace culture, local job requirements and job search methods.
