About this service

Bailey House is a supportive housing program, located in Parkdale that provides rent-subsidized accommodation and 7 day/week on-site Cota supports to 15 adult men (16+ years) living with serious mental health challenges, co-occurring diabetes or pre-diabetic conditions and who are homeless or at significant risk of becoming homeless at the time of referral. Each tenant has his own bedroom (with a en-suite bathroom) and shares communal kitchen and lounge with other tenants. Services are available to men who are 16 years of age or older living with serious mental illness who are homeless, or at significant risk of becoming homeless, and have diabetes or a pre-diabetic condition. All tenants must also have ongoing support from an external support worker or case manager.
