The Opening Doors Project is about strengthening and fostering healthier communities in Ontario by facilitating interactive and experiential workshops that address mental health, racism, and discrimination within newcomer communities and communities of mental health survivors.

The Opening Doors Project offers the following six-core workshops:

  4. Stress and Self-Care in Context
  5. Starting From the I: Reflecting On Our Own Identities
  6. Know Your Rights 101
