About this service
There are individual counselling and support groups for parents and caregivers concerned about excessive gaming and internet use among young people aged 1325. A limited number (up to six sessions) of individual counselling sessions is available for parents who are concerned about technology overuse by their young family member, as long as they agree to attend the eight-session parent group which runs three times per year. Family members and caregivers can access this group by contacting Access CAMH, or they can be referred internally when their young family member is a client of the Problem Gambling and Technology Use Treatment Service.
