About this service
If you are facing challenges living with substance use, connect with our Harm Reduction Team. We can help you get the support you need to reduce risk, stay safe and live a healthy life. Group programs and one-on-one assistance, outreach, case management and distribution of harm reduction supplies, including Naloxone, safer injection, safer smoking equipment, and safer sex. We work in partnership with Toronto Public Health The Works
If you are pregnant or parenting a child 6 years of age or younger and experiencing substance use or concerns, please contact Addictions Services of York Region (ASYR) to find out about the service available to you.
